We’ve been updating our kitchen for a little while now and I’m super excited about the progress. We finally have some paint on the cabinets and a new fridge! We just got our new Samsung fridge with French doors.
One of the things that was drawing me towards this fridge was the color. I love the dark color against the white cabinets. I also really like the French doors. We have one large door on our last one and it kept hitting the back glass door right next to the fridge. The color on this one is the fingerprint resistant black stainless steel.
Another thing I really like about the black stainless steel is that if you’re adding this to your kitchen by itself it can go with a lot of other appliances. We have regular stainless steel and black appliances and the fridge fits in really well.
Our fridge isn’t super organized right now but you get the point. I wanted you to see the inside of the fridge because it’s amazing. I eventually want to get it to look really organized. This fridge really helps you organize and compartmentalize your foods. The drawers for the fruits and veggies are big too which I like!
This fridge also has a twin cooling system.
“Samsung‘s Twin Cooling System® maintains cooling air for the refrigerator and freezer separately. The refrigerator air is kept at higher, near-commercial grade humidity levels to keep perishable fruits and vegetables from spoiling quickly.** Drier freezer air means less freezer burn for better-tasting frozen foods.”
The freezer has an ice maker that we have to hook up! I’m really excited about this because we used to just use tray in our old one because the ice maker wasn’t great. It also has two drawers in the freezer and both fit a lot of stuff. We don’t keep much frozen food but it’s nice to have the space around holidays or whatnot.
I hope you’ve enjoyed seeing these updates! Let me know in the comments if you have any questions!
The color we used on our cabinets is called Swiss Coffee by Benjamin Moore.
